Conflicts Analyst II
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst II - Intake Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze new business and conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest
- Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and communicate findings to firm partners
- Collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel and other teams on risk management and compliance matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
- 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
- Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary
