Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage billing and budget Excel sheets with accuracy
- Provide detailed construction budget reports, ensuring data integrity
- Handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently within set deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction budgeting, billing cycles, and data entry
- Strong knowledge of construction invoices and contract management
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and formatting tables
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
