Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in content and knowledge management or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience leading a team of content authors and/or technical writers
  • Experience with AI solutions and tools
  • Experience working in matrix global organizations
  • Agile training/certification/experience, including scrum, kanban, nimble
