Contract Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Analyst to develop and manage vendor agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate complex vendor agreements to achieve favorable business outcomes
- Review vendor contracts for compliance with company policies and coordinate contract reviews across departments
- Monitor vendor performance and mediate disputes regarding contract and service level issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of similar experience
- Six (6) years' experience in contracting and negotiations
- For Senior Contract Analyst: Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years' experience in contracting for complex projects
- Advanced knowledge of vendor management and negotiation strategies
- Experience with contract management tools and financial concepts
