Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Paralegal to support its operations in finance and accounting on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and summarize legal documents, flagging key issues and risks
- Analyze contract language to identify legal risks and obligations
- Build and maintain a structured contract database capturing key clauses and exceptions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, preferably focused on contract law
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Experience reviewing commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
- Proficiency with document and contract management tools
