Contracts and Vendors Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts and Vendors Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for contract actions and general informational requests
- Evaluate and renegotiate vendor MSAs, SOWs to meet current market standards for key terms such as SLAs, InfoSec, and payment terms
- Manage data coming from different sources and methodologies into a single consistent format
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' experience or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience
- Contracting or paralegal experience
- Contract SLA and Infosec negotiation and monitoring experience required
- Contract Lifecycle Management system experience, like Ironclad
- Strong command over all contractual terms (legal and commercial) and understanding of relationship between related agreements
