Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee various agreements and contracts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Prime Contracts and Subcontracts, providing guidance on contractual risks and clauses
- Prepare, negotiate, and submit NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, and Modifications
- Perform tasks and reporting as directed by the Vice President of Contracts, including contract closeouts and monthly reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts and Subcontracts
- Experience negotiating NDAs and Teaming Agreements in the federal marketplace
- Strong understanding of FAR and DFAR clauses
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Tools and Adobe
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
