Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator II responsible for coordinating contract programs and service maintenance agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process new copier, MPS, and Production Print contracts and related agreements
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support Sales Representatives by providing contract and usage information as needed


Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree and two or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to operate with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
