Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator II responsible for coordinating contract programs and service maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process new copier, MPS, and Production Print contracts and related agreements
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
- Support Sales Representatives by providing contract and usage information as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and two or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
