Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare, DME, or medical industry
- Less than 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance
- Passion for improving consumer experiences in a healthcare setting
- Associate's degree or 2 years of healthcare/care coordinator experience preferred
