Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee all phases of contracting and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation and submission of RFP documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct bid reviews and analyses, presenting recommendations for contract awards to leadership
- Lead strategic negotiations and ensure alignment of contracting strategies with company objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of solar or related experience
- 2 - 4 years of EPC contracts experience, preferably in utility scale solar
- Knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures
- Proficiency in conducting negotiations with vendors
