Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to support its Contracts and Compliance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate complex subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution
- Lead contract negotiations and structure various types of contracts while acting as a trusted advisor
- Engage with stakeholders to manage contractual risks and issues, providing mentorship and training to team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in project management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in contracting for Professional Services, including RFP responses and managing complex contracts
- U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Law and 12+ years of contracting experience
