Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding global Sales team on contracting processes and utilizing contract lifecycle management tool effectively
- Managing contract workflows from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Crafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Sales Orders, Amendments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related Business Focus and/or Certified Professional Contracts Manager
- 5+ years of contract administration experience, including contract preparation, drafting, lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of contracting principles and legal processes, including risk assessment and compliance
- Proficiency in contract management tools, such as DocuSign, Salesforce, and Ironclad
- Experience in navigating the legal landscape of SaaS and technology-related agreements
