Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team
• Establish financial benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards in coordination with the CFO
• Manage compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and prepare financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage an accounting team
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing budgets
