Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and maintaining client relationships
- Implement process improvements and ensure timely compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
- 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
- Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting expertise across multiple industries
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively
