Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP
• Lead client compliance efforts, collaborating with external experts to fulfill accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and effective project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and demonstrated ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing accounting teams
