Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP
- Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
- Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensuring high-quality client experiences and effective project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
- 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
- Experience in a multi-client environment across multiple industries
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
