Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Oversee client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
- Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensuring high performance and effective project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
- 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
- Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively
