Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as necessary
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, ensuring high performance and effective project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with a background in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
