Credits Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credits Rep II responsible for evaluating credit balances on patient accounts and processing refunds accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve credit balances and process refunds for various payers
- Review payments and EOBs to determine refund eligibility
- Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- MS Office and Adobe knowledge is helpful
- Revenue cycle knowledge is preferred
- Ability to follow HIPAA laws and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
