Credits Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credits Rep II responsible for evaluating credit balances on patient accounts and processing refunds accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve credit balances and process refunds for various payers
• Review payments and EOBs to determine refund eligibility
• Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• MS Office and Adobe knowledge is helpful
• Revenue cycle knowledge is preferred
• Ability to follow HIPAA laws and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
