Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer and Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level email and phone support to U.S. customers, addressing various technical issues
- Assist with trial and subscription account configurations for the sales team
- Provide IT support for internal systems, with a focus on the Office 365 environment
Required Qualifications:
- Openness to occasional travel for company events or training
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration
- Experience in technical support
- Basic familiarity with Networking, Active Directory, Virtualization, and Operating Systems
- Rudimentary knowledge of O365 with Configuration and Administration expertise
