Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer and Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-level email and phone support to U.S. customers, addressing various technical issues
  • Assist with trial and subscription account configurations for the sales team
  • Provide IT support for internal systems, with a focus on the Office 365 environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Openness to occasional travel for company events or training
  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration
  • Experience in technical support
  • Basic familiarity with Networking, Active Directory, Virtualization, and Operating Systems
  • Rudimentary knowledge of O365 with Configuration and Administration expertise
