  • Ensure accuracy of information provided to internal and external customers
  • Communicate with internal groups regarding determination status and results
Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic alpha numeric data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality
  • Intermediate math skills with attention to detail and quality
  • High school diploma or GED
