- Handle inbound calls, faxes, and ePA requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure accuracy of information provided to internal and external customers
- Communicate with internal groups regarding determination status and results
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Basic alpha numeric data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality
- Intermediate math skills with attention to detail and quality
- High school diploma or GED
