Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide enhanced customer experience for members, providers, and group representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate and inform members about benefit plans and requirements
  • Coordinate information exchange among members, providers, and internal departments
  • Research information databases and provide accurate answers to caller's inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of Customer Service Training program
  • Two years of inbound call center or related customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate the internet
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and organize workloads
