Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide enhanced customer experience for members, providers, and group representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and inform members about benefit plans and requirements
- Coordinate information exchange among members, providers, and internal departments
- Research information databases and provide accurate answers to caller's inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Successful completion of Customer Service Training program
- Two years of inbound call center or related customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate the internet
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and organize workloads
