Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer 50-70 inbound calls per day and make 60-80 outbound calls per day
  • Display professionalism and courtesy while providing accurate information and assisting customers
  • Accurately identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels and respond to emails and complete daily tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment
  • Above average computer skills
  • High school graduate (some college preferred)
  • Full-time availability during specified work hours
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
