Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine service support to customers regarding products, online directions, and accounts
  • Communicate with customers, internal and external service partners to resolve issues and service requests
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have a dedicated, confidential workspace with a door for privacy
  • Must have high-speed internet service (20 MB or higher connection speed)
  • Must possess a cell phone, tablet, or smartwatch capable of downloading apps
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated phone line solely for customer call routing
