Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine service support to customers regarding products, online directions, and accounts
- Communicate with customers, internal and external service partners to resolve issues and service requests
- Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a dedicated, confidential workspace with a door for privacy
- Must have high-speed internet service (20 MB or higher connection speed)
- Must possess a cell phone, tablet, or smartwatch capable of downloading apps
- Must be able to provide a dedicated phone line solely for customer call routing
