Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Advisor - Mainframe Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations through technical expertise
  • Coordinate the pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations and solutions that showcase the value of offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and translating technical knowledge into customer insights
  • Externally recognized expertise in technology and solutioning areas with relevant certifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling technical services across multiple industries
