Data Center Performance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Manager - Critical Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CMMS system and provide training and support for data center operations
- Analyze work order data to identify performance gaps and trends for improvement
- Develop and distribute operational reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/financial/systems area preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5-10 years of experience in Data Centers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with data applications like Tableau or SQL is a plus
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify issues and develop solutions
