Denials Senior Billing Follow Up Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Senior Billing Follow Up Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hospital billing and follow up functions to ensure clean and accurate billing
• Resolve denied claims and track/trend denial issues
• Work system generated claims, edits, record requests, resolve denial issues, and credit balance accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of hospital billing and collection experience
• Extensive knowledge in Insurance claims appeals and coding guidelines
• Expert knowledge of medical insurance and State and Federal rules and regulations related to billing Insurance Claims
• Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or within 120 Days
