Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design and User Experience Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote design team to provide a B2C-like experience for small business users
- Define and deliver a best-in-class user experience vision and strategy
- Oversee the UX Research practice, turning data into actionable insights and ensuring exceptional user experiences
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in unified UX and UI design for web and mobile, including responsive design
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of UX/UI designers
- Prior experience delivering SaaS products in an agile environment
- Expertise in a broad range of UX/UI skills, including interaction design, visual design, and UX research
- Proficiency in UI software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or equivalent
