Digital Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for CRM functions, preferably Salesforce, including system integration and data mapping
- Write business requirements or user stories and prioritize functionality with business sponsors and product owners
- Provide process support to simplify and standardize business processes and act as the first line of support for enhancement requests
Required Qualifications
- Experience in gathering requirements for CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Domain knowledge in Private Equity is desired
- Experience in writing business requirements or user stories
- Familiarity with agile project management practices
- Strong financial domain knowledge is preferred
