Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Scheduling (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned international or domestic partners, managing communication and fulfillment of content
- Coordinate the flow of information related to deal fulfillment, including onboarding, delivery requirements, and post-delivery management
- Maintain oversight of priority program requests and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in Media, Communications, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, or digital distribution
- Knowledge of global broadcast standards and digital media platforms preferred
- Familiarity with AirTable and SharePoint is a plus
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, including remote work capabilities
