Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Analytics & Data Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the Commercial team's business objectives
- Guide the development of customer-facing analytics deliverables, including dashboards and reports
- Enhance data analytics methodologies and establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics and/or data strategy in the life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of data management principles and experience with MDM concepts and SQL-based data warehouse design
- Experience with commercial data sources and tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and Tableau
- Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and working in cross-functional environments
