Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Development & Innovation for Electric Shaving Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of shaving hardware including rotary heads, blade foils, and grooming attachments
• Own the entire product development process from concept to production, ensuring high standards of quality and user experience
• Set up testing cycles for product validation and monitor customer feedback for ongoing improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in product development or hardware engineering, preferably in electric grooming or personal care devices
• Deep knowledge of shaving systems including rotary heads and cutting mechanisms
• Strong mechanical or product engineering foundation
• Experience managing external partners in design, sourcing, and manufacturing
• Ability to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and speed-to-market
