Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in payments or high-transaction environments
• 3+ years in a Senior Manager or Director role
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
• Strong technical foundation in modern application development and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable engineering outcomes
