DMS Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dealer Mechanical Services (DMS) Supervisor to lead a transactional team in processing mechanical service contracts and maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workflow queues and monitor processing request aging to maintain high levels of customer service
- Track productivity, optimize staffing, and provide training to enhance team performance
- Analyze data to streamline processes and contribute to departmental projects for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Background in banking, finance, or accounting preferred
- Familiarity with CDK, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
