Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor to lead a team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Support Specialists to provide compassionate and efficient service
  • Approve timecards, PTO, and assist with administrative tasks and training
  • Engage in coaching conversations and create scalable processes for customer support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager of support teams, preferably in technology
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
  • Proficiency with technology and computer systems
  • Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, particularly in healthcare (preferred)
