Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor to lead a team and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Support Specialists to provide compassionate and efficient service
- Approve timecards, PTO, and assist with administrative tasks and training
- Engage in coaching conversations and create scalable processes for customer support
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager of support teams, preferably in technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
- Proficiency with technology and computer systems
- Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, particularly in healthcare (preferred)
