Job Summary
A company is looking for an End User Computing Specialist to provide technical support in high-profile ophthalmology offices and surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Deliver prompt, professional technical support to ensure minimal downtime and exceptional client service
- Install, configure, and upgrade devices and software while managing assigned tickets and resolving incidents
Qualifications:
