End User Computing Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an End User Computing Specialist to provide technical support in high-profile ophthalmology offices and surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Deliver prompt, professional technical support to ensure minimal downtime and exceptional client service
- Install, configure, and upgrade devices and software while managing assigned tickets and resolving incidents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support or end user computing role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise-level applications
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools, Active Directory, and remote monitoring and management tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Customer-first attitude with a passion for solving technical problems
