Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Coordinator to support the Mobile Facilities Solution team in service delivery and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and policies for Engineering activities
- Manage work request scheduling for Mobile Engineers and communicate with clients regarding service requests
- Support administrative processes including invoicing, compliance monitoring, and employee onboarding
Required Qualifications
- College degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, accounting, or property management services
- Experience with CMMS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in property management or commercial HVAC field services is preferred
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and budget control
