Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Reporting).
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and coach engineers to foster personal and professional development
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to create and implement a successful team roadmap
- Oversee technical decisions and drive improvements in team processes and practices
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience with direct reports
- Strong experience as a senior software engineer with large-scale, cloud-based systems
- Understanding of high-performing and sustainable engineering teams
- Experience in building products related to payments, transfers, and financial reconciliation
- Ability to work closely with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders
