A company is looking for an Engineering Operations Manager.

- Manage and lead the Technical Program Management team in supporting engineering initiatives
- Lead complex engineering projects across functional areas to deliver features and releases
- Own the engineering intake process, facilitate working sessions, and make data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Release Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- JIRA/Confluence proficiency
- Experience with delivering software in an Agile environment
- Experience with software release management
