Systems Engineering Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize key SE processes including design reviews, order preparation, installation readiness, and POC tracking
- Develop and manage programs for partnering with VARs and service providers to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Drive streamlining and automation of repetitive tasks and document SOPs and process changes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Program Management, SE Operations, or Sales/Revenue Operations
- Experience with professional services or post-sales delivery in the information technology industry
- Experience in the technology or data management industry
- Familiarity with technical presales processes and deliverables
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
