Engineering Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Program Manager, Spine NPI/OEM - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple NPI projects, providing overall project leadership and ensuring customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to define project scope and establish priorities
- Manage the design and development of new medical device products from initial design to market release
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical-related field; Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering design and development experience or 5 years with an advanced degree in medical devices
- Minimum of 5+ years of related program management experience; PMP certification preferred
- Knowledge of spinal anatomy and surgical procedures
- Experience in FDA-regulated environments and understanding of quality system regulations
