Engineering Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for a high-performance software product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for the software product, from planning through execution and delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence)
