Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Configuration Specialist to join their Enrollment & Benefits Administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for benefit enrollment system configuration
- Configure the enrollment platform for various benefits and conduct extensive system testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of medical insurance experience required
- Experience in the voluntary/worksite benefits marketplace preferred
- Prior Selerix configuration experience is required
- Experience with additional platforms such as Ease, Employee Navigator, ADP, or Rippling is preferred
