Enterprise Business Development Head
Job Summary
A company in the financial industry is looking for a Head of Enterprise Business Development.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and go-to-market activities for Embedded Finance, Retail, and Money Movement businesses
- Develop and close partner opportunities that align with product line priorities and capabilities
- Ensure BD team effectiveness, pipeline management, and reporting to internal customers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field with a track record of success in driving revenue growth
- Experience working with retail, embedded finance, and money movement businesses is strongly preferred
- Experience leading and managing a team of Business Development professionals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
