Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Head of Enterprise Business Development.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead sales and go-to-market activities for Embedded Finance, Retail, and Money Movement businesses
Develop and close partner opportunities that align with product line priorities and capabilities
Ensure BD team effectiveness, pipeline management, and reporting to internal customers

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field with a track record of success in driving revenue growth
Experience working with retail, embedded finance, and money movement businesses is strongly preferred
Experience leading and managing a team of Business Development professionals
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
