Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify new sales opportunities by converting customer requirements into technical specifications
- Lead discovery calls and conduct product demos to demonstrate the value of the solution
- Drive adoption during proof of values by training managers and users on the solution
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 1-3 years in a technical pre-sales role
- Hands-on experience with Conversational AI or CCaaS
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and explain solutions in business terms
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and contact center technologies is a plus
