Job Summary
A company is looking for an EOR Implementation Consultant, NAMER.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customers through consultative solutioning to achieve their talent and business objectives
- Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals
- Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions for clients on platform features and functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
- Prior implementation experience in the EOR industry
- Background in customer success/service or HR SaaS is a plus
- Ability to explain complex topics in easy and concise language
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively in a high-growth environment
