Job Summary
A company is looking for a MST ServiceTitan Experienced CSR.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage callers in friendly conversations while collecting and inputting lead information into the client's CRM
- Follow account-specific instructions for scripted verbiage, appointment scheduling, and call dispatch procedures
- Identify and escalate issues, maintain call control, and meet productivity goals while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume in-person or remote call center
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
- Applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
