- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 15+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years of experience
- 8+ years of experience in a technical field role
- Demonstrated experience in customer management
- Expertise in network design and implementation
- Experience with silicon, systems, and higher layer software
