Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager Faculty Training and Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and strategic direction of new faculty training for all Global Campus faculty
- Research and develop training modules and professional development pathways
- Train, coach, and oversee facilitators, assess performance, and determine future assignments
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of teaching online at the collegiate level
- Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related academic discipline
- Ability to apply instructional design theories and principles to online learning
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to navigate and understand SNHU's LMS
